The collaboration of Adidas and the London label Wales Bonner goes into the second round! For this year's collection the team around Grace Wales Bonner not only redesigns two Sambas, but also two SL72! The SL72 was launched as a podium shoe in the course of the 1972 Olympic Games. Instead of the classic nylon upper, Wales Boner relies on knit and leather overlays. These shine in rich green, the light tab and the three stripes are set off in orange. Details such as the tongue, the laces and the logo lettering on the heel are set off in brown. As with the Samba the back tab of the SL72 is also adorned with decorative stitching.
